Jennette
My name is Jennette. I joined the office in October 2010 and am happy to be working with Dr. Howard and his staff. I have been working in the dental field for over 20 years. I am married and have two wonderful adult children, and have been living in this area for 11 years. I enjoy camping, cooking, and going to the river for water sports. I look forward to meeting you when you come into the office.
Cathy
Hi, I am Cathy Nester and I am the newest member of the front office. I grew up in San Diego and worked as an RDA. My husband and I moved to the High Desert in 1982 and raised our two daughters there. While they were young, I worked part time in the school district. After they left for college, we moved to Redlands and I returned to dentistry. Upon my husband’s recent retirement, we moved back to San Diego and are very excited to be home! I would like to thank Dr. Howard and the staff for making me feel so welcome. I look forward to meeting all of our patients.

Kristey
Hello! My name is Kristey, and I have been a full time Registered Dental Hygienist here at the office since June of 2008. I have been practicing Dental Hygiene since May of 1999. I am from Pennsylvania, and moved here to California in the spring of 2008 along with my husband and 3 children (two girls and a boy), to be closer to my parents. My parents absolutely love it here in Southern California, and they were never going to return to Pennsylvania to shovel snow. My husband works in management at UPS, and our current work schedule allows one of us to be with our children at all times. Family is very important to me. I feel that I fit very well here at the office because of my dedication to patient care and strong family values. This is a father son practice, in which both doctors are very family oriented and have great hearts. Our practice provides our patients with a very caring environment, as well as excellent dentistry. If we haven’t met you already, please come on in and see for yourself! We can’t wait to meet you!
Mary
Mary is one of our three hygienists and has been with us since early 2002. She received her dental hygiene degree from Loma Linda University and also has a B.A. from UCLA. She has been practicing hygiene for 30 years. Mary enjoys helping patients prevent periodontal disease. She has been married to her husband for over 30 years, and they have 4 children. Mary enjoys gardening; her favorites are growing tomatoes, sweet peas, geraniums and succulents. Mary plays golf and tennis, but mostly watches her daughter play softball.
Kathy
Kathleen has worked in Dentistry for 20 years as a dental hygienist. She loves working as a hygienist and feels blessed to have worked all of her career directly with a periodontist (gum specialist). This work experience has provided her with both invaluable knowledge and a more complete skill set, giving her the opportunity to provide outstanding patient care. Currently, Kathleen is practicing 3.5 days dental hygiene at our office, and 1 day a week at a periodontist’s office. Kathleen appreciates the opportunity to work on a dental team that is committed to promoting total oral health for all our patients. Her and her husband have lived in California for six years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.
Assistants:
Jill
Jill has been with us since 1990 as a dental assistant for Dr Howard. Jill received her training from ROP and has two beautiful daughters, Carissa and Jenna. Jill enjoys Country Western dancing and dining out with the special man in her life, reading, movies, shopping, and watching her daughters dance performances.
Amy
My name is Amy. I have been working with Dr. Howard off and on since 2007, and joined the staff full time as of summer 2011. I was born and raised in Lakeside, and family is the most important thing to me. I graduated from ROP for dental assisting, and hope to someday become a hygienist. I am outgoing and truly love this job, as I get to meet and work with so many different personalities.
